What we collect and why

When you subscribe to DL2CC Product News we process your email address. To document your consent we also store the date, time and IP address of your subscription and confirmation. We use this data only to send you DL2CC Product News: product updates, preorder availability, software and firmware milestones, accessories, and information about future DL2CC products.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use a double opt-in procedure: after signing up you receive an email with a confirmation link, and you are only added to the list once you confirm.

Sending infrastructure

Emails are sent using our own mail infrastructure. We do not use an external newsletter provider, and your address is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Storage and withdrawal of consent

We keep your data until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you may also contact dl2cc@dl2cc.de. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
